Custom Lithium Battery Pack Manufacturer
Shenzhen Hysincere Battery Co., Ltd. is a China National High-Tech Enterprise founded in Shenzhen in 2013, specializing in custom lithium battery packs and OEM/ODM battery manufacturing. With headquarters in Shenzhen and a production base in Dongguan, we support B2B customers who need battery packs engineered around their own product requirements rather than selected from a fixed catalog.
Our technology portfolio covers LiFePO4, sodium-ion, and solid-state battery routes, alongside 18650 battery packs and energy storage batteries. We design and configure our own BMS, which allows pack behavior, communication, and protection parameters to be adapted to each application instead of relying on generic off-the-shelf electronics.
Custom Battery Pack Engineering: From Cell Selection to Pack Design
A custom battery pack is more than a cell plus a case. Each project starts with the operating conditions of the end product: voltage and capacity targets, continuous and peak current, duty cycle, ambient temperature range, charging profile, service life expectations, and the mechanical envelope available. From there, we define the cell selection, electrical topology, and pack architecture that fit the application.
- Cell selection and matching — capacity, internal resistance, and cycle-life requirements are matched to the load profile and expected service life.
- BMS configuration — protection thresholds, balancing strategy, state-of-charge reporting, and communication interfaces are configured for the host system.
- Pack design — cell holders, busbars, insulation, thermal layout, enclosure, and connectors are developed around the installation space and ingress requirements.
- Safety and compliance planning — designs are reviewed against the transport, safety, and market requirements of the destination region, with certificates available upon request.
Typical programs include RV, marine, golf cart, home energy storage, industrial equipment, and lead-acid replacement batteries. Reference products such as the LF12100-S-T50 (12.8V 100Ah), the LN12100N-BL sodium-ion 12V 100Ah pack, the GF51105N-B 48V 105Ah golf cart battery, and the EF51200W-L wall-mounted storage unit illustrate the range of formats we build — but customized versions are where most of our OEM and ODM work happens.
OEM/ODM Service, Prototyping, and MOQ Guidance
We work with customers at different stages of product development. Some arrive with a finished specification; others bring a target application and need support defining the electrical and mechanical requirements. Both paths are handled through a structured process: requirement review, technical proposal, prototype build, validation, and then volume production.
OEM and ODM scope
- OEM production against your specification, labeling, and packaging requirements
- ODM development where Hysincere contributes pack design, BMS configuration, and enclosure engineering
- Custom voltage, capacity, form factor, communication protocol, and connector selection
- Private-label options for brands that need their own identity on the finished pack
Prototype to mass production
Prototypes are used to validate capacity, discharge behavior, thermal performance, and mechanical fit before tooling or volume commitments. Once a design is frozen, production follows controlled processes with incoming cell inspection, in-process checks, and outgoing testing.
MOQ guidance
Minimum order quantity depends on the degree of customization. Projects using existing pack platforms and standard cell formats generally have lower thresholds than those requiring new tooling, custom enclosures, or dedicated BMS hardware. As a practical guide, prototype and pilot runs can be discussed at low volumes, while custom tooling and fully bespoke designs typically justify higher volumes to absorb development and setup costs. We confirm MOQ per project after reviewing the specification, so the number reflects the actual engineering work involved.
Export and support
Our battery packs are exported to Europe, the Americas, Australia, Japan, South Korea, and Southeast Asia. Management systems and product compliance documentation are maintained in line with the requirements of these markets, and certificates are available upon request.
If you are developing a product that needs a lithium battery pack built around your requirements, send us your specification or application details. We will review the technical feasibility, propose a pack and BMS configuration, and outline the path from prototype to mass production.
