Lithium Golf Cart Batteries
Golf cart fleets are electrifying faster than ever, and the battery pack is the single decision that shapes vehicle weight, range, maintenance cost, and total cost of ownership. Hysincere designs and manufactures LiFePO4 golf cart batteries in 48V and 72V configurations for OEMs, fleet operators, and distributors—engineered to replace lead-acid packs with less weight, more usable energy, and a longer service life.
Why LiFePO4 Beats Lead-Acid in Golf Carts
Golf carts run on stop-and-go duty cycles, charge overnight, and often sit idle between rounds. Lead-acid struggles with all three. LiFePO4 chemistry handles them differently:
- Weight. A LiFePO4 pack delivers the same usable energy at a fraction of the mass of an equivalent lead-acid bank. Less weight means faster acceleration, less stress on the drivetrain, and more energy left for range.
- Usable capacity. Lead-acid should not be discharged deeply without shortening its life. LiFePO4 tolerates deep discharge, so more of the rated capacity actually reaches the motor.
- Maintenance. No watering, no terminal corrosion, no equalizing charges. Fleet managers can redeploy the labor.
- Cycle life. Hysincere LiFePO4 cells are rated for 4,500 cycles and above under controlled conditions—several times the service life of a typical lead-acid pack.
- Charging behavior. LiFePO4 accepts higher charge rates and holds voltage under load, so carts climb hills without the sluggishness that comes with a sagging lead-acid pack.
Product Range: 48V and 72V Options
Hysincere's golf cart line covers the two voltages that dominate the market. The GF51105N-B is a 48V 105Ah LiFePO4 pack built for standard 48V carts and is a direct fit for many lead-acid replacement applications. For higher-speed and heavier-duty vehicles, 72V options are available; final configuration is matched to the cart's controller, motor, and duty cycle.
Every pack is built around a Hysincere-designed BMS. Because we design the BMS in-house, protection thresholds, communication protocols, and enclosure layout can be tuned to your vehicle rather than forced into an off-the-shelf module. Typical builds include IP-rated enclosures, optional Bluetooth monitoring, and CAN or UART communication where the application requires it. Certificates are available upon request.
Specifying the Right Pack for Your Fleet
Voltage and amp-hour ratings are only the starting point. Buyers should confirm:
- Continuous and peak discharge current required by the controller and motor.
- Physical envelope—length, width, height, and terminal orientation—plus mounting hardware.
- Charging profile and whether the existing charger is compatible or must be replaced.
- Communication and monitoring needs for fleet telematics or dealer diagnostics.
- Environmental conditions, including ambient temperature and exposure to water or dust.
Because Hysincere offers OEM/ODM customization, enclosure dimensions, connector types, BMS firmware, and labeling can all be adapted to your program.
